PMI Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) Assessments

So you have PMPs in your organization. You follow the PMI Body of Knowledge. Your organization has achieved some level of project management maturity, but what level of achievement or how much work is yet to be done is an open question.

In early 2004, PMI released their highly anticipated OPM3 standard for project management. The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model consists of the best practices of the PMI and other continuous improvement methodologies. RPMC has developed assessments based on the OPM3 and can support your organization by conducting a review of the components that lead to full project management maturity as an organization.
