Upon request, RPMC can perform a “wing-to-wing” assessment of the processes that are used in your organizations day-to-day operations. This process consists of:

• Process definition review
• Identification of obvious points of pain
• Provide a comparison of the current process to industry best practices
• Develop the tactical and strategic plan to move specific processes to best practices
• Implement metrics into the process if they do not exist today
• Document both the current process and any changes that are made
